Regarding the cultural aspects of the city it has developed
a number of cultural flagship actions that will be the focus
for the strategy in the first few years. They will be reviewed
annually and added to or amended as required. The Flagship actions
will be, in the first instance, led by the Department of Education
and Cultural Services of the Metropolitan Borough of Wirral
but will only be successful if achieved through partnership
on the widest scale. Each action relates to a cultural objective.
